Introduction

Hello, my name is Marcus, aka moviemanMDG.  Welcome to my official blog site, home of the most friendly movie reviews on the planet.  Here you can find movie reviews that are constructive, funny, and to-the-point.  What's more important is that if there's a film I do not like, I just simply put down what needs to improve for next time in a friendly tone - you won't find any ranting or complaining here!

I started loving film when I was just a little boy.  You see, I was diagnosed with Autism and my doctors believed that I might not learn how to speak.  That is, until my parents let me watch certain Disney movies.  The amount of Disney animated films I watched helped not only my speech, but how to know when to speak.  So Disney really became a part of me!  As I grew older, my love, interest, and knowledge of film also grew.  I started writing film reviews on Facebook in 2014, then on Letterboxd in November 2014.  Many people love my film reviews, which is why I started creating this site.  One of the reasons why I love film is that they provide an escape from reality and stories that reflect our lives.  Another reason is that it gives people a chance to bring their visions to life on the big screen.  My main goal is to become a film critic that reviews movies in a adult-friendly tone, while respecting other people's opinions along the way.

Along with my reviews, I made a fictional studio known for creating crossover films which I like to call Movieman Productions.  I'm working on a series of crossover films called Ed, Edd n Eddy: The Ultimate Ed-Chronicles, which has the Eds teaming up with different characters to save the world from the forces of evil.  Right now, I made two crossover films that are available to watch on Youtube with more on the way via Google Drive and Youtube.  The information on my crossovers can be found on my Movieman Productions page or on my Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/moviemanMDG).
